A comprehensive after-sales service enables us to protect your plant and equipment investment by supplying spare parts, servicing, repairs, upgrades and maintenance for all British Rema equipment.
Our spares department offers replacement parts for all British Rema equipment to be fitted on site by a customer’s own engineering staff.
Our design records date back decades, meaning that spares for old or new and large or small equipment can be accommodated. Smaller parts are often available within short lead times; larger fabricated or cast parts, such as ball mill consumables, are made to order with lead times quoted accordingly.
Repairs and refurbishment of British Rema equipment can be accommodated by our engineering team at our workshop based at our headquarters in Chesterfield, UK.
Machine assemblies, for example, classifier rotor assembly, or whole machines can be sent to our workshop for assessment and subsequent repair or fitting of replacement parts. A complete service can be provided, including re-balancing of equipment, as required. We also offer service contracts to help maintain optimum performance and equipment service-life.
Upgrades are an excellent and economical way of improving performance and extending the service life of existing equipment.
In addition to advising on spare parts and refurbishment, We can offer upgrade options on a number of older items of equipment. Upgrades may include replacing analogue electrical controls with HMI touchscreens and replacement of older filter bag systems with easier to maintain cartridges.
As part of our after-sales support services, we also offer on-site inspection and assessment of plant and equipment.
Following an inspection, we provide a detailed technical report with our recommendations to ensure your equipment operates to its full potential.
